3 Steps to booking your house removal...

1. Getting a Removals Quotation
To book your free house removals quotation, please get in touch to arrange a visit. You can call, email or fill out our contact form. We will then book a date and time that is convenient for your quotation visit. During a visit, we will discuss your requirements and offer a solution that works for you.
If arranging a visit is not convenient, we can provide a removal quote based on photos with lists. These must include all large items that you require moving with an accurate indication of the number of boxes and bags to be moved. Details of parking areas/restrictions, property type & number of floors are essential, as well as any storage or flat packing services required. It’s very important that all aspects of your home removal are covered in order to provide you with an accurate quote. If you have any questions, just ask! Our advice is free, and we are more than happy to answer them.
2. Accepting your Quotation
Once we have completed a removal assessment, we will email your quotation and terms to you. If you have any questions about your moving quotation or house move, please let us know and we will be happy to help. If you would like to proceed with your home removal quotation, all you need to do is respond to the email, formally accepting the moving quotation and terms; we will then confirm your home removal booking. It’s important to understand that we can only reserve a home removal slot once we have received confirmation that you accept the quotation and terms.

3. Moving Day
Our moving team will arrive on the morning of your chosen day to conduct your house move, with all the relevant removal equipment required. As our aim is to place all of your furniture into the correct rooms and position, we do ask that you are on hand to help guide our staff. Please ensure you have enough suitable parking for our arrival. It’s best to inform neighbours where possible, to arrange parking before your home removal date.
Items that you do not wish us to take should be separated before we arrive. You should be suitably packed and have all flat packing done prior to the removal (unless you have asked us to do this for you as part of your initial quote).
We have put together some important advice for moving home and packing your items, designed to help your removal run as smoothly as possible. Please click the button below to view this advice.

House Removals FAQ
Do you provide free quotes?
What areas do we cover?
How much does a home removal cost?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, to secure your booking, we need to take a deposit. A deposit costs £100 which is deducted from your total cost. Deposits are refundable if you provide 4 full days (96 hours) notice to cancel before your removal date.
Do you offer a packing service?
The short answer is no. We believe it's best to pack your own items, as moving home is an ideal time to declutter. Taking unwanted items to your new home only costs you money and takes up space.
Do I need to dismantle furniture?
As a general rule, if it came flat packed, it should leave flat packed. This is not necessary for smaller furniture items such as drawers, but large items such as wardrobes, bed frames and dining tables generally require this. We offer a flat packing service should you need this.
Do you carry removal equipment?
Do you offer storage?
What kind of vehicles do we use?
We use luton body trucks fitted with tail lifts. Each truck has an approximate load area of 4m long x 2m wide per truck. Most house moves typically require 2-3 trucks to complete a removal.
Do you dispose of unwanted items?
